UX Director Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional UX Director to join our team at WONGDOODY Europe. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for leading workshops and interviews with senior corporate clients and startup founders to drive innovation and create products that make life better.

Our approach to UX is lean and user-centered, with a focus on collaboration and rapid prototyping. You'll play a key role in our 'Conversation to Creation' (C2C) workshop approach, which enables us to distill complex ideas into actionable solutions in a matter of weeks.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee key projects within the studio, ensuring high-quality work and supporting the team in establishing effective ways of working.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Product Design and CXO to run key projects and contribute to pitching, scoping, and planning for new work or clients.
  • Work with WONGDOODY Europe's leadership to achieve company goals, improve ways of working, and enhance client engagement.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience working in leading digital teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing complex digital experiences for global brands across mobile, tablet, and web channels.
  • A solid understanding of business, technology, delivery, marketing, and content disciplines.
  • Experience in creating digital strategies, content strategies, and user testing and research studies.
