Support Worker - New Milton Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks, attending groups, and accessing the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and person-centered support to our clients
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication, and household chores
  • Encourage clients to participate in leisure activities, such as swimming, dancing, and social events
  • Help clients develop independent living skills, such as budgeting and cooking
  • Support clients in the community, including shopping and accessing local services

Requirements:

  • Car driver with the use of a car for work
  • Understanding and knowledge of people with disabilities
  • Care or support work experience
  • Ability to provide personal care to female residents
  • Willingness to work sleep-in shifts
