About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our team in New Milton. As a Bank Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks, attending groups, and accessing the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and person-centred support to our clients
  • Support clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication, and household chores
  • Encourage clients to participate in activities and groups that promote independent living and social interaction
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless support and care
Requirements
  • Car driver with the use of a car for work
  • Understanding and knowledge of people with disabilities
  • Care or support work experience
  • Ability to provide personal care to female residents
  • Flexibility to work sleep-in shifts
