About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Senior Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions in our medium secure and low secure units and rehabilitation flats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing effective and compassionate nursing care to service users.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for service users.
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members.
  • Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes and maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and registration.
  • NMC registration.
  • 18-months experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
