**Job Title:** Advanced Clinical Practitioner Specialist

**Location:** Tamworth, UK

**Salary:** £48,379.50 - £64,369.50 per annum (dependent on experience)

At TOTALLY, we're committed to delivering exceptional urgent care services. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our clinical capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

  • About the Role:
  • Support existing clinical care to enhance the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.
  • Assess health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner.
  • Diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients using advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shift lead the clinical teams
- Carry out consultations with patients, taking comprehensive patient history, physical examinations, and use expert knowledge to identify potential diagnosis.
- Decide on and carry out treatment, including prescribing medicine or referring to primary or secondary care specialist services within local agreed pathways and protocols.
- Provide clinical advice and mentorship to junior clinical staff.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse, Paramedic, Pharmacist qualification
- Master's Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice (equivalent or higher)
- Clinical skills qualification at degree level
- Evidence of completion of study in minor illness, independent prescriber, and willingness to develop minor injury or paediatric minor illness/injury skills.
