**Location**: Tamworth

**Pay rate (Assignment rate)**: £35.60 - £52.79 per hour

**Contract Length**: 3-Months

**Shift Pattern**: Service is 7 days, 08:00 am - 20:00 pm (flexible shifts available). Full time or part time.

**Requirements for the Advanced Clinical Practitioner role**:

- Registered Healthcare Professional
- Physical Health Assessment qualification level 6 or 7 - V300 Prescriber
- Must be a car driver and have own transport
- Senior clinical decision maker, able to work autonomously
- Previous experience working within a similar role
