Parking Enforcement Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing parking regulations and providing excellent customer service to the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce parking regulations and issue parking tickets as necessary
  • Patrol streets and council car parks to monitor parking activity
  • Provide information and advice to the public on parking regulations and restrictions
  • Report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings
  • Keep a detailed log of violations and debrief incidents that occur during your shift
  • Provide a high level of customer service, responding to queries and concerns from the public

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with the public
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of parking regulations and laws
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays
