Job Title: Construction Project Manager

CV Library is currently recruiting for a skilled Construction Project Manager with shopfitting experience to join our team in the Staffordshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage shopfitting projects with a focus on site management and delivery.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop effective project plans.
  • Coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in shopfitting and site management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
  • Black CSCS Managers card.
  • Reside within 45 minutes of the office in the Lichfield area.
