Construction Project Manager

T Squared is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager with shopfitting experience to join our team in the Staffordshire area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage shopfitting projects from £100k to £1m with a duration of 3-8 weeks.
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Lead a team of site managers and coordinators to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they align with client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shopfitting and site management.
- Principal Contractor side experience is essential.
- Ability to work on multiple shifts and weekends.
- Black CSCS Managers card is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project.
- Reside within 45 minutes of the Lichfield office.
