Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Support Officer to join our supportive, friendly team at IT Bods Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clients, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

What We Offer:
