About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Substitute Teacher to join our team at Recruitment Education Global Services. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Learning
    • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects, following the national curriculum.
    • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
  • Classroom Management
    • Adapt quickly to new classroom settings and year groups, ensuring continuity of education during teacher absences.
    • Mark and assess student work when necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Build positive relationships with staff, students, and parents.
    • Follow school policies and procedures, including safeguarding, to ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to various learning environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and motivating students to reach their full potential.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and professionalism.
