Product Manager I

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager I to join our team at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Understanding: Gather, evaluate, and understand customer use cases to inform product development and ensure customer needs are met.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-create customer value, leveraging your expertise in product development and customer needs.
- Team Alignment: Create processes and align the team to ensure customer needs are met, leveraging your experience in mentoring and training others.
- Metrics and Data: Leverage and identify metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets, driving key end-to-end lifecycle components from planning to release.
- Go-to-Market Planning: Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams.
- Problem-Solving: Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues.
- Communication: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically.
- Product Development Knowledge: Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management.
- Education: Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
