Key Responsibilities- Gather, evaluate, and understand customer use cases to inform product development.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and co-create customer value.
- Create processes and align the team to ensure customer needs are met.
- Leverage metrics and data to track progress on customer needs and project budgets.
- Develop clear go-to-market launch plans through coordinated development with external, customer-facing teams.
- Drive key end-to-end lifecycle components, from planning to release.
- Write clear requirements for complex features or products.
- Be a natural problem solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues.
- Have the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Have experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, and be able to think analytically.
- Be able to demonstrate product development knowledge, including developing related business cases, content, and product plans.
- Have significant experience in Product Management, from collaborative conceptualization to post-release management.
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
