We are seeking a talented Fresh Produce Technical Manager to join our client's team in Lincolnshire.

As a key member of the technical team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with growers and suppliers, ensuring delivery of superb quality and outstanding service to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in the fresh produce industry, with a successful track record of building strong retail relationships and excellent communication skills.

This is a hands-on role, requiring extensive periods away from the office and managing/developing customers while interacting with colleagues.

The estimated salary range for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
