About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Donor Carer Venepuncturist to join our team at NHS National Services Scotland. As a key member of our community teams, you will provide high-quality care to our donors, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care for donors throughout the blood donation process
  • Load, unload, and assemble community session donation equipment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of healthcare or customer-focused environments
  • Standard keyboard skills
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
