We are seeking a highly skilled Forensic Healthcare Specialist to join our team in a dynamic custody environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse or Paramedic to work in forensic healthcare, making a positive and life-long difference to people's lives.

As a Forensic Healthcare Specialist, you will work closely with the police and receive training and support to become an accredited Forensic Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality healthcare services to detainees in custody suites
- Collecting forensic samples and assisting with investigations
- Working with Liaison and Diversion teams to identify mental health needs
- Delivering substance misuse therapies and promoting good personal healthcare
- Assessing and caring for detainees and staff in custody suites
This role requires a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in acute medical healthcare, with previous experience in A&E, walk-in centres, substance misuse, community nursing, or police custody being advantageous.
