About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead one of our fashion stores in Belfast. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, achieving store targets, and leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrates the BHF values.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality, or the service industry, with a proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing teams. They will also possess commercial awareness, the ability to achieve sales targets, and a commitment to achieving the highest retail standards at all times.

As a Store Director, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working under your own initiative and taking a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives. You will also be able to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, as our stores trade 7 days a week.

What We Offer

At the British Heart Foundation, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
