Senior Audit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Audit team, you will be responsible for leading and managing audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality audit services to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, including new audit engagements and revenue growth.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-performing audit teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery of audit engagements.
- ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing people and leading audit teams.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with systems and controls testing, substantive auditing, and project management.
