About the Role:

H.R. Owen, a leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team at Ferrari, Hatfield. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing profit, and developing the Sales Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profit.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to develop and implement sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Utilize H.R. Owen's CRM system to its full potential to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to ensure the Sales Department remains competitive.
  • Communicate effectively with Sales staff to ensure maximum commitment and motivation, and ensure the efficient achievement of objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager with a prestige or premium vehicle brand.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of the luxury industry and the brands H.R. Owen work with.
  • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
