We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Luxury Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Ferrari Mayfair/OBR. As an Apprentice Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maximising sales and profit from all opportunities, and developing new relationships to close existing sales leads.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the luxury industry, be able to recognise excellence, and have a basic knowledge of the Ferrari brand and its competitors. You will also be confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service while maintaining a commercial focus
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
  • Utilising Owen's CRM system to its full potential
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
