Job Title: PR Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled PR Account Director to join our team at PRFutures. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our clients' PR efforts and developing strategic communications campaigns that drive results.

About the Role:

  • Lead our clients' PR efforts, developing and implementing strategic communications campaigns that meet their business objectives.
  • Provide expert counsel to clients on PR and communications matters, including crisis communications, media relations, and social media.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our work.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably in the financial or fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in leading PR campaigns and managing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective communications plans.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
