Salary

The successful candidate can expect a salary in the range of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, with opportunities for growth and professional development.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Designer/Senior Designer to join our creative studio, bringing a minimum of two years' experience in trade publishing and a solid background in commercial cover design. You will work closely with our editorial, sales, and production teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the creative studio manager and other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Design high-impact covers for commercial and reading group fiction titles
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive project success

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a design role in publishing, preferably with a focus on commercial cover design
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud
