Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at The George & Dragon in Westerham. As a Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our team, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the General Manager in running the business, including managing staff, inventory, and finances.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
