About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Education. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursery, ensuring high-quality childcare provision that meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and support a team of early years practitioners, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring their needs are met and their children receive the best possible care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that align with our nursery's values and goals.
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education and Care.
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent role in a nursery setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Passionate about child development and early years education, with a commitment to providing exceptional care and learning opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
