Pearson Whiffin Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join our thriving nursery in the Westerham area.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursery, ensuring high-quality childcare provision that meets all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Nursery Manager in the overall management and operation of the nursery
  • Ensure high-quality childcare provision that meets all regulatory requirements
  • Lead and support a team of early years practitioners
  • Promote a positive and inclusive culture within the nursery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and families
Requirements
  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Early Years Education and Care
  • Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or equivalent role in a nursery setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Passionate about child development and early years education
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
