Floor Manager, Tommy Hilfiger Kids & Women's Bicester Village

The Role
Our stores are the lifeblood of our business, serving as our main touchpoints with our evolving consumer base. As the retail landscape evolves, we believe that our stores must set the tone for what our brands represent. The Floor Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving these standards, leading by example, embracing our entrepreneurial spirit, and inspiring their team through their passion and belief in our brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient shop floor operations to achieve high levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
- Support the management team in managing personnel, product, and merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
- Communicate daily with staff, providing individual sales goals, key performance indicators, store results, product sales, and other information to enhance their service delivery and performance.
- Hold regular 'one-minute meetings' with employees, summarizing their performance results, providing constructive feedback, and recognition.
- Execute and model company-established best practices in Customer Service, Store Operations, Loss Prevention, and Point of Sale.
- Achieve company standards and goals for personal sales results, including sales versus budgets, sales per hour, and units per transaction.
- Respond to and communicate with the Store Manager on competitors, community information impacting our business.
- Focus staff on building quality relationships with internal and external customers.
- Analyze store-level reports, create action plans to improve results, and effectively manage customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with the Store Manager regarding day-to-day operational issues of the store.
- Perform Manager-on-duty functions, manage store opening/closing functions, and oversee the sales floor.
About You
- You'll have a proven track record of supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
- You'll possess previous people management experience, with the ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements.
- You'll be an effective communicator, able to build relationships easily.
- You'll be a team player, recognizing and celebrating the contributions and achievements of others.
- You'll be confident in giving feedback promoting positive behavioral change.
- You'll adapt quickly to change, working at pace and being energetic and authentic on the shop floor.
- You'll approach issues with a 'can-do' attitude, acting with initiative to find in-store solutions.

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
