About the Role:

This Teaching Assistant Apprentice position is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive learning environment.

The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced teaching staff, supporting pupils with their personal needs, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also assist with administrative tasks, maintain displays of pupils' work and support the teacher in managing pupil behaviour.

This apprenticeship includes regular training sessions with a college or other training organisation, where you will gain essential skills in English, maths and literacy. You will have the chance to enhance your problem-solving skills, develop strong communication skills, and work effectively as part of a team.

The estimated salary for this role is around £15,000-£20,000 per year, depending on the location and employer.
