We are seeking an experienced Document Management Specialist to join our project team in Bridgwater. This role involves managing, maintaining, and distributing all project-related documents.

As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with the Design Manager to ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current project status.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Document Control: Managing documents within a Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Construction Industry Expertise: Previous experience working as a main contractor in the construction industry is essential
  • Design Understanding: A thorough understanding of the design and build process is required
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in using 4Projects is mandatory, with experience in Group BC (Business Collaborator) being preferred

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
