As a Workplace, Health and Safety (WHS) Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving improvements on-site and at a regional level. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data reports and root causes to provide leadership with the information they need to make informed safety-related decisions. You'll also provide guidance and arrangements for health and safety projects and policies, and drive programs designed to improve the safety culture in Amazon. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a culture of safety and inclusivity on your site. You'll work closely with your team to implement changes in response to employee feedback and seize opportunities to continuously improve processes. To be successful in this role, you'll need a degree-level education and additional qualifications to an NVQ5/NEBOSH Diploma level. Relevant experience complying with local Health and Safety legislation is also essential. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English is required. While qualifications or experience in the field of sustainability are not necessary, they are highly valued.
