About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London during the peak trading period. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximising sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during the peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store and company standards, including retail housekeeping, health and safety, and security
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow brand and store procedures for receiving, checking, and unpacking deliveries

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brands, has excellent communication skills, and is flexible to work across peak periods. Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is desirable.
