About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales during our peak trading period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, building rapport and exceeding customer expectations
  • Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
  • Support colleagues in creating a memorable customer experience
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety and security standards
  • Support visual merchandising changes and stock management
  • Follow Brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment process

Requirements

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our brands

  • Flexibility to work across peak in the six weeks leading up to Christmas

  • Responsive to business needs, proactive to go above and beyond
  • Previous retail, sales or customer service experience is desirable
