Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care through expert clinical practice.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
Requirements
- Registered with the HCPC as a Biomedical Scientist.
- Holds the IBMS Certificate of Competence and Registration Portfolio.
- Has at least 3 years post-registration diagnostic experience in Haematology & Blood Transfusion.
- Has experience with computerised laboratory information systems.
- Has previous experience working in a large medical laboratory.
