Job Overview

The London Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Research Scientist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art laboratory, utilizing cutting-edge technology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of various diseases.

About the Role

This position involves assisting senior biomedical scientists in carrying out routine histology tasks, including embedding, microtomy, special staining, immunohistochemistry, specimen handling, biopsy/small tissue transfers, frozen sectioning, and internal quality control checking of stained slides.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following policy and procedures at all times, processing internal and external quality assurance, and assisting in the evaluation of new equipment and method verification.

A competitive salary range of £39,797 to £49,316 per annum is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes contributory pension scheme, private medical healthcare, 33 days' annual leave, and more.
