Key Account Manager

We're a fast-paced, global technology group that specializes in taking brands directly to consumers. Our portfolio includes leading brands and sites such as Myprotein, ESPA, LOOKFANTASTIC, and Cult Beauty, all powered by our integrated digital commerce ecosystem, THG Ingenuity.
We handle everything in-house, including technology, content creation, e-commerce, marketing, manufacturing, new product development, and logistics.
Reporting to: Head of Sales, THG Nutrition manufacturing.
Location: Flexible, with 1/2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team and work across multiple manufacturing sites within the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. We're looking for a skilled sales professional to take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring company profitability, customer requirements, and individual growth targets are met.
- Develop and manage relationships with key customers, driving business growth and profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize results and achieve commercial objectives.
- Manage customer contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and proactive plans to gap fill.
- Develop and implement customer account plans to beat budgets.
We're looking for a candidate with:
- FMCG food & drink experience, preferably with a strong commercial background.
- Previous account management experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong financial controls and commercial awareness.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and creative abilities.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
