Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Age UK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an excellent service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the store team, providing effective leadership, training, and development
- Maximise store sales and profits while ensuring excellent customer service
- Handle and lift bags of stock (up to 10kgs)
- Build, retain, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive results through others, delegating, coaching, and listening
- Manage time under conflicting priorities, motivating self and others
- Establish and maintain successful retail processes and merchandising
- Communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and customer base
- A 35 hour working week
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday allowance
