Financial Analyst

An exciting opportunity awaits you at Hillingdon Council as a Corporate Collections Officer managing the collection of Adult Social Care charges.
Your meticulous attention to detail, financial expertise, and excellent customer service skills will be put to good use ensuring that our residents are paying the correct amount towards their care costs.
In this role, you'll work on the front lines, providing an efficient service to maximise the recovery of invoices issued, interacting with some of the most vulnerable members of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate reports and statements
- Action credit notes and refunds
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Maintaining the database and monitoring progress
You'll have working knowledge of Microsoft software and financial packages, as well as understanding and application of legislation required by this role.
A competitive salary of £45,000 per annum is available for this position, plus a range of benefits including flexible working hours, 36 hour week, generous holiday entitlement, and access to the Local Government Pension Scheme.
