Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities in Dudley. Your role will involve engaging with service users, building trusting relationships, and working to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.

As a relief support worker, you will visit service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach. You will also offer respite to carers and provide practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to work in a dynamic environment that challenges and encourages personal and professional development. Full training is provided, and you will have the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
