Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking and preparing food to the highest standard, adhering to allergen and calorie specifications. They will also work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively. The ideal candidate will have a relevant culinary qualification and reliable transportation.

This role involves completing daily paperwork, assisting with deliveries and stock checks, monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets and serveries. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans, following hygiene and safety procedures.
