Job Title: Specialist Technicians

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Technician to join our team at J.V. Installations Corp.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide advanced technical support for Windows Server Technologies, Service and management of Windows and Apple devices, and Network Administration.
  2. Collaborate with the Schools' ICT Management to plan and run ICT professional development sessions.
  3. Work autonomously or as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Desirable Attributes:

  1. Relevant experience in an educational setting, along with knowledge of wireless deployment and Department initiatives.
  2. Previous experience with planning, deployment, and management of 1 to 1 user/devices in an enterprise environment.
  3. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and find solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  1. A valid Working with Children Check is required.
  2. All candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
