We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Support Specialist to join our team at Fresh Direct. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing 24/7 application support to our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and level 3 application support to our business users.
  • Maintain our application services in line with our service improvement plans.
  • Play a key role in major incident resolution and provide strong incident follow-up through problem management.
  • Execute daily and weekly system monitoring and resolve any issues found.
  • Deliver small changes and projects as required.
  • Regularly perform housekeeping checks and system policing of data in designated business areas.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and deliver business technology (BT) to the required high standard.
  • Provide input into key knowledge database articles and conduct regular reviews.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of technology platforms and be a subject matter expert (SME) for our business applications. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to convey information to a range of audiences in a clear and confident way.
