We are looking for an Experienced Classroom Assistant to join our team at Tradewind Recruitment. In this exciting role, you will cover short-term and daily positions in primary schools across Brent, providing valuable support to teachers and pupils alike.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring the smooth operation of the classroom
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being among students
Requirements:
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Experience working in a primary school setting, preferably supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in education
What We Offer:

£30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for long-term and permanent placements.

The successful candidate will also benefit from competitive pay rates, typically inclusive of holiday pay, as well as ongoing support and professional development opportunities.
