Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Deputise for the Head Chef as and when required, taking charge of the kitchen and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Deliver training to new members of the kitchen team, sharing your expertise and knowledge to ensure that everyone is equipped to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure that we're always well-stocked and ready to meet demand.
