PPC Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PPC Executive to contribute to the success of our digital marketing team at Clear Business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns to achieve business objectives, ensuring effective execution and performance.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing, relevant keywords and phrases that align with business goals.
  • Ad Copywriting: Develop compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to maximise ROI while maintaining budget constraints.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • A/B Testing: Implement and analyse A/B tests to improve ad copy, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure their objectives are being met.
Success Measures:
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and click-through rates (CTR).
  • Demonstrating a strong return on investment across managed PPC campaigns, maximising the efficiency of business budgets.
  • Increase the number and quality of leads passed to Sales.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics; certification in Google Ads is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of PPC metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive ad copy and deliver clear reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and landing page optimisation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is advantageous.
