We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RSCN to further their career and make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each child
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team through effective communication and collaboration
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medication management and wound care
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' families and community teams
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing HCAs
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
