We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Manager to join our team at APUC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of procurement activities across our organisation and member institutions. This will include working on Framework Agreements, supplier relationship management, and ensuring compliance with EU and Scottish public procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement activities across multiple categories and spend areas
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet institutional and statutory needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with EU and Scottish public procurement regulations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, with relevant tendering experience and knowledge of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work on their own initiative.
