Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Project Manager to join our team at APUC. As a key member of our Collaborative Contracting team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our client institutions' needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with experience in managing Framework Agreements and supplier relationships. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including institutional clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet client needs
  • Manage Framework Agreements and supplier relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Provide procurement advice and guidance to clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of EU and Scottish public procurement regulations, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and ability to develop further as opportunities and challenges present themselves.
