We're seeking a highly skilled Brand and Insights Analyst to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics to support our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting and MI to support Customer Governance, Board, and Exec packs.
- Maintain data quality and integrity through automated testing, monitoring, and validation techniques.
- Work with data across our analytical platforms to generate insights that identify improvement opportunities in line with business goals.
- Develop data products and tools that enable business teams and analytical functions to drive value.
- Be a subject matter expert on data and reporting across Quality Assurance or Voice of Customer.
- Work with data consumers to interpret requirements and shape required outcomes.
- Demonstrate previous experience in delivering analytical projects and structuring analysis to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), SQL, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
