Pharmaceutical Program Manager

The Uniphar Group is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Program Manager to join its team. As a key member of our division, you will provide strategic support to our business, focusing on culture and engagement, organizational design, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and coaching.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with a degree or masters in HR or Business-related subject, and 3+ years' experience in a HRBP or COE role. The ideal candidate will have confidence and impact to coach leaders with complex issues, as well as support them through change.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Job Responsibilities:
- Bring Uniphar on a journey of change, helping to onboard the business to the new HR ways of working and building a one HR mindset.
- Lead on Uniphar Core Values and drive engagement activities across business units, ensuring values are embedded.
- Upskill and/or continuously improve on knowledge related to all location-based employment legislation and best practice across UK, Ireland, and other locations as they arise.
- Lead on HR skills for managers, providing training and workshops on key HR knowledge and skills for managers including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, mediation etc.
- Lead on the delivery of HR strategy across your business units, providing input and guidance on the strategy through collaboration and insights on your business units' needs.
Requirements:
- Degree or Masters in HR or Business-related subject.
- 3+ years' experience in a HRBP or COE role.
- Confidence and impact to coach leaders with complex issues as well as support them through change.
- Experience developing pragmatic solutions and interventions that have a positive organisational impact.
- Analytical skills.
- Attention to detail, the utmost discretion when working with confidential data, and dedication to customer service.
- Focused on business outcomes and being commercially driven.
- Ability to work in an agile way. Comfortable with ambiguity. Not afraid to forge a path.
- Digital acumen, strong knowledge of HR systems and processes.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others.
