The Role

  1. Lead and supervise your shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
  2. Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  3. Administer and record medication, maintaining accurate records and adhering to protocols.
  4. Conduct risk assessments, identifying potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate them.
  5. Work closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  6. Contribute to the development of services, working closely with the leadership team to drive improvement and innovation.

About You

  1. NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
  2. Excellent organizational and IT skills, with the ability to allocate and delegate work effectively.
  3. Proven ability to lead and supervise others, with a strong understanding of care planning processes.
  4. Experience in administering medication or willingness to undertake training.
  5. A natural ability to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
