Clinical Specialist - Electrophysiology - South West Region

Boston Scientific is on the lookout for a Clinical Specialist to deliver both on-site and remote clinical, technical, and educational assistance in the South West region. This position encompasses supporting case coverage, resolving product-related issues, participating in procedures alongside healthcare professionals, gathering and documenting medical information, and aiding in achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), reside in the South West region, and hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. Exceptional communication abilities, flexibility, and a readiness to travel frequently are essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site and remote clinical assistance
  • Participate in procedures and provide guidance to physicians
  • Ensure prompt collection of documentation
  • Assist in meeting sales objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Facilitate product education and training sessions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Electrophysiology or CRM
  • Residence in the South West region
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend and convey technical information
  • Strong team player with self-motivation
  • Willingness to travel frequently
